* We offer a total of five flats, four of which are on the ground floor and one on the ground floor (lift is available in the building).

* The residential building in which all flats are located is situated in a traffic-calmed zone and within a dead-end street.
Each flat has its own parking space and is accessible for disabled persons.

* Each of the approx. 35 m² are divided into a half-open kitchen area, a bathroom with a large shower at ground level as well as a half-open sleeping area and a living area with a sleeping couch.

*each flat is equipped with underfloor heating and a high-quality kitchen featuring an oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, so you can enjoy the comfort of a cosy home.

*  Additional features of our appartments are built-in electric shutters, an internet connection, a Smart TV, laundry service as well as a cleaning service. (Frequency individually selectable)
